Bathygobius_EncounterHistoryRaw.inp contains the encounter history of every fish tagged as analysed in Malard et al.
This file is to open with the MARK software.

The encounter is recorded as follows:

0:absent   1:present
with encounters recorded for September, October, November, January, and February 

The numbers of individuals pool per are also given with the order of pools One, Two, Three, and Four respectively.

For example:
11000 0 2 3 0;
Indicates that for fish encountered in September and October only (“11000”), there were 0 from pool A, 2 from pool B, 3 from pool C, and 0 from pool D.
