Veronii C4 We generated A. veronii strains that express SmpB(wt) or not(△smpB) in trans to evaluate the changes in gene expression upon SmpB expression. As SmpB participate in transtranslation sysytem, this allows us to explore the gene regulaton in A.veronii.
